Lights are flickering a bit in the jacuzzi/sauna area entrance, as well as the Sauna lights in the sauna. Loved the morning free use availability of those, and still usable no issues. Nice staff, great location! Room was clean.

I had a decent stay here overall. Staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive, and the location is right in the center, very close to trams, buses and trains. The facility itself is also fine, if a bit bland.
My main grievance with this hotel is the non-existent soundproofing though. I was in a duplex room, joined with the next one by a door (obviously a very thin one). Even the faintest sound from the next room would sound like it was inside mine, including the fabric rustling when the guest next door was getting dressed. Obviously I heard every single word when they were on a video call (luckily in a language I’m not fluent in), so if you’re planning a hot lovemaking vacation, this hotel might not be for you (unless you’re into that kind of thing).
It seems the doors in general are leaking sound, as I could easily hear conversations word-by-word inside the rooms while walking down the corridor. Inside my room, I could occasionally hear sound from inside several rooms down the hall.
A lesser inconvenience was the slightly chaotic breakfast layout, with massive columns creating several bottlenecks in the relatively small buffet area. Putting the two (slow-brewing) coffee machines in different ends could’ve helped relieve the queuing that cut off other stations. But as said, a minor inconvenience. I’m grumpy in the mornings.

Breakfast was terrible! All the "hot food" was cold which meant we only had toast as we could make that fresh and hot. There were never enough tables to sit at so we took our toast back to the room on several occasions. No decaf coffee available at all. Room cleaning wasn't great, quite often any bits on the floor were still there for a few days so not hoovered daily. Surfaces weren't wiped down daily, bare minimum was done eg bed made/ towels changed. Would not stay there again in fact we left 2 days early as we did not enjoy the hotel at all.

It was ok but nothing better. Room comfortable but bathroom dated, no mini bar as advertised, breakfast is a decent buffet but most of the hot food was cold, fruit options poor, pretend orange juice. Car parking limited and awkward but very secure. Limited English language TV options.

Nice breakfast, but it’s time to renew the beds and pillows… bed made a lot of noise and pillows are so old that it’s uncomfortable to sleep on it.
