Really bad experience
I stayed 3 nights at ŽILINA, viešbutis in Marijampolė, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Already on arrival the staff refused to let me see the room before I paid 105 euros. That in itself is unprofessional. After the payment I tried to get a receipt, but they said that they had no receipt at all, which is very suspicious and unacceptable.
Staff attitude was extremely bad. They were arrogant, rude and completely indifferent to the guests.
The room was dirty and the cleaning was obviously not done properly. In addition, the heating system hardly worked, and the room was really cold, especially at night. It made the stay very uncomfortable.
As if that wasn't enough, a small plastic chip to the front door was gone, and the hotel demanded 5 euros in cash for it. When I asked for a receipt for the 5 euros, the staff became aggressive and pushed me physically out of the hotel. It is completely unacceptable behavior and shocking treatment of a paying guest.
All in all, this stay was a disaster. Lack of respect, no receipts, dirty rooms, cold and aggressive behavior from staff.
I can in no way recommend this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay far away.

Avoid- never ever again!!
Room was dirty upon arrival,floor dirty. Once it was brougt up to staff/owners it was in a denial, like it cannot be and I am lying. Later on it was admitted and cleaned, but still just so so...
Noisy place, paper thin walls.
The whole atmosphere and experience brings you back to 80's- 90's....
Heating issues I guess it is their usual. It was cold in a room, bearing in mind it was also like -12 to -20 outside. Their explanation was kinda 'it is what it is'.
No hot water, how this is even possible to take as normal , we are in 2026 !!!
Whatever you try to communicate with staff to bring up to their attention, and get a solution seems like you are their enemy - just rude , ignorant- no understanding in how a normal customer service should work in a hospitality business.
Requested ,but no receipts were provided for the money paid for the total stay- what that says about the place ? DODGY! So save your nerves, your health and avoid this place at all cost!
