Great hotel welcoming to international travellers

Great customer service which is at odds with other reviews listed on here - rooms were clean, spa is compact but proportionate to size of hotel.
Hotel menus were available in English and Lithuanian ensuing everything could be understood without confusion.

Very bad experience

Very disappointing experience. The massage was unprofessional, and the therapists seemed inexperienced, yet we were charged the full price. When we raised our concerns, the spa refused to acknowledge the issue. Overall, this was the worst massage experience we’ve had. I would not recommend their massage services.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend

Clean, efficient, good location, helpful staff, great breakfast, and spa is terrific.
This is a modern facility about 5 minutes walk from the harbor - close to the lighthouse and a reasonable walking distance from the biggest dune. Very quiet. After a day of walking, we loved the spa - 3 different saunas, a pool, and hot tub. All completely clean and the hotel provides comfortable robes and slippers. Contrary to some earlier comments, our room was cleaned (we assumed that it would not be, based on earlier reviews) and we found the staff to be most pleasant and welcoming...and we had a room with a nice view of trees. Stayed two nights.

Bas value for the money

We took a Suite Room for 300 EUR/night. Though we chose “residential view” we didn’t expect it will be on a 2nd floor (out of 4). But what we were surprised most is what we got for this price - a balcony with 1,5 meters hight concrete wall and a beautiful view of laundry on the ropes from neighbourhood house. Basically no sun as well thus room was quite dark.

Lovely vacay in SPA Nida, but needs to improve room cleaning.

Really enjoyed our vacation inNida SPA. The best in this hotel is SPA and breakfast.
A bit disappointed that rooms are not cleaned daily, only upon request.
Tried whole body massage - perfect.
Staff is friendly, but it feels that they are a shy, no interactions.
Overall, we will definitely coming back next summer, because it is the best stay in Nida.
