Bad poor room keeping

The room keeping service is too poor. I request for extra bed (PAID)...very very very poor...since afternoon 2:00pm until 9:00pm still not take action. Customer pay money but feeling in bad. Pls take some attention for this seriously problem. The front desk staff was very helpful with us.

Middle of nowhere, taxi or car needed twice daily. We stayed five days taxi driver said why did you stay here?

Less than 15 years old yet bathroom door frames rotted, sad. Windows overlooking river in dining area filthy with green algae.
Located in the middle of nowhere halfway between airport and town. Can’t walk anywhere, taxi needed to eat or visit in town. Gets costly, better if you have a car which most tourists do not have. No public transportation only taxi. Staff friendly and mean well. No alcohol, took repeated efforts to locate a corkscrew then no one knew how to use it! Food was good but a challenge during Ramadan.
Arguably a better school than hotel.
