A Cautionary Tale for Travelers—Looks Can Be Deceiving
From the moment you step in, the staff show you the room upfront—perhaps to manage expectations. But by then, you’re left with little choice: either accept the reality or forfeit your booking. The rooms are visibly aged, with fixtures in disrepair. There’s no wardrobe or cabinet for your clothes—just a handful of hangers with nowhere to hang them. The soap dispenser was broken, making even basic hygiene a hassle.
Some amenities felt oddly incomplete. For instance, there’s a water heater for tea or coffee, but no complimentary coffee powder—you’ll need to purchase that separately. It’s the kind of detail that makes you wonder if anyone’s thought through the guest experience.
The only redeeming aspect was the staff, who genuinely seemed to work hard to make guests feel welcome despite the limitations of the property. Their effort deserves recognition—but sadly, the infrastructure doesn’t support them.
Unless major repairs and upgrades are made, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s a reminder that not everything online reflects reality.
