The hotel is located on an island. Guest need to head to Tourist Jetty(Jeti Pelancongan) for boat transfer. Boat transfer from Jetty to Hotel is available at 10:30am, 12:30pm & 15:30pm While boat transfer from Hotel to Jetty is available at 9:30am, 11:30am & 14:30pm. Please be at the Jetty at least 30 mins early for registration. As the tide condition will affect boat timing, hotel will inform guest a day before if there's any changes. Any unscheduled transfer is subjected to additional charge. All guest compulsory to provide passport details to hotel 3days before arrival. Fail to provide passport details might affect on the boat arrangement to resort.
