Cheap.and cheerful

I was a bit concerned when I saw the rate RM98net a night for superior, i.e. standard but it all worked out. first the cons - no safe, no fridge and soundproofing not great, motorcycles outside very noisy in evenings even though its not on main road. The pros, its clean, quite good size, soft bed, clean bathroom and air cond works well. Another point is the bathroom is always wet as there is no shower curtain or divider. Bit annoying but not a deal breaker. I liked the location, 5 min walk to Tua Pel.Kong, night market, 10 minutes to central market, 5 minutes to Sibu Museum. 7 mins to riverside. so a great place to stay if u want to explore Sibu. Nice restaurant downstairs as well which was always packed for lunch and dinner.

Room smelled of smoke and air conditioning was broken. Walls were peeling and condition was overall quite poor. Definitely not as good as the reviews suggest.
