Fantastic Place.
It was fantastic beach front guest house with stunning views.
The location is unbeatable, step out of your room into the beach.
The private beach is fabulous, the bikini beach is very close and the service from Shiva couldn't be any better.
Don't think twice, this is the place you want to stay.

Bad vacation
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it.
First, there was only one staff member handling everything. He was working at the reception, preparing the food, serving the meals, and cleaning both the rooms and the property. As a result, the service was extremely slow and unprofessional.
Second, I booked an all-inclusive package, but upon arrival I was told that my booking included breakfast only. After a long argument, I was offered either lunch or dinner instead of all-inclusive. Only after I insisted and told him I would contact the Tourist Police did he finally agree to provide the all-inclusive package I had already paid for.
Third, his attitude was rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. The hotel advertises free bicycle use, but he refused to provide a bicycle unless I paid $5 per hour.
Finally, the Green Tax was another issue. My booking clearly stated that the Green Tax was USD 24, but he claimed that this was a mistake and insisted on charging me more than the amount shown in my reservation.
Overall, the hotel did not honor the booking conditions, the customer service was poor, and I felt that I had to argue repeatedly just to receive the services I had already paid for. I would not stay here again.

Excellent!
It was the best stay we had on our trip. Both the room and the service received were excellent. They came to pick us up at the port without requesting it to accompany us and pick up the backpacks, during the day the attention was 10 and the food and extras we ordered as well. We were managed back to the airport and worried at all times that we were okay. The great views, the bikinibeach beach at the foot of the room and something else important for us, the tranquility that was on site... would definitely repeat again.
