Excellent stay.

I really liked the reception from the Comptroller Maria and the GV. Gerardo.
Since my arrival I was very kindly attended. The room became comfortable and I was granted some details in my room which I loved that surprise. The pool is very comfortable and has good views. Breakfast was included and I found it quite delicious.
Overall the staff is very helpful.
I recommend it.

Terrible service and empathy from the receptionist

Due to a difference in the parking charge, the receptionist Anthony literally kicked me out of the hotel. I had to look for other accommodation.
Since I travel constantly and used to stay at ONE or City hotels, I will never stay at any ONE hotel again

I expected more from your hotel

Breakfast is undercooked egg and moles for you to make your own chilaquiles, you'd expect food.
The room one towel only, when the reservation for two people was made
The liquid soap doesn't foam you don't know if it actually impishes you

Bad and dirty

Fatal won't let you in spend 2pm but if you get run at 10am
The room dirty and you'll get extra ppr clean it lousy service, lousy attention lousy cleanliness
