I made a reservation that they claimed to not see in their system. I booked it again through Expedia. I had confirmation and receipt. Jumped through a million hoops trying to get it resolved. I even tried to just pay there and my card got locked down for fraud. Expedia called them and they said they have no rooms wven though I paid for the same one 3 times. After getting off of the chat with Expedia, the manager was conv

Nice staff but would choose a different hotel next time.

Really nice staff. Delicious breakfasts (but if you've prepaid for them to be included, confirm this at checkin).
But seaview rooms are lacking. First one didn't have a toilet seat. Second one had a bad sewage smell the whole time. And no hot water in the shower. Nor soap by the sink.

We stay here for two weeks. Their entire stuff was very friendly hotel is new room is great. We really enjoy our stay here
