Très bon séjour!
Le Maître d’hôtel nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et sympathique ! Possibilité de garer la voiture à l’intérieur : un vrai plus.

Bad Experience / Mala Experiencia / no internet and no hot water
This is not really a hotel as much as a house with nice rental rooms built on the upper level.
The reason why this is inconvenient is, for example, that the front door remains always locked, but there's rarely anybody at reception. Several times I had to go looking for them in their bedroom or around the house and ask them to open the front door for us. When you've been out, you need to ring the bell several times.
Besides from the fact that the internet is slow and non-existent in the room (only close to reception), there was one thing that bothered me the most. On my last night, I approached the owner to express that, contrary to what was promised, we didn't have wifi and that I had showered with cold water twice. I wanted to suggest they advise their clients about the showers. The boiler needs to be turned on half an hour before your shower for the water to be hot. I only learned this on my last night. I tried suggesting that they tell their clients upon check in and avoid the cold water experience. I was never able to finish my thought. The woman angrily said that I didn't pay her enough to keep the boiler on all day and that if the water was cold, I was the stupid one for showering in that condition. Anyway... I wasn't looking for trouble and the place is really not bad, but they don't really know costumer service (it's not a hotel) and if you have the slightest request or complaint she will snap in anger and defensiveness. My last night was unexpectedly unpleasant for this reason. It really is rare to find bad customer service in Mexico, people tend to always listen and be sensible about a solution when it's needed.

Hotel OK para personas relajadas
El hotel es como se ve en las fotos, eso es algo positivo porque no te quieren engañar con fotos súper editadas. Viaje con 2 amigas y necesitábamos un hotel para hospedarnos por una noche en Comitán y elegimos este hotel por medio de Booking.com (Tip: el precio en Booking fue menor que el precio ofrecido directamente en el hotel).
Reservamos una habitación de 3 camas, cada cama era queen size, los colchones no son nuevos y se nota. El hotel está bien para dormir una noche, pero no lo recomendaría para estancias largas porque no son muy cómodas las camas. La iluminación de la habitación no es nada buena. El baño no estaba del todo limpio, había unos cabellos en el área de la ducha.
La señora que nos atendió fue muy amable todo el tiempo, le pedimos toallas extras y las llevó sin problema.
El hotel tiene un patio interior que sirve de estacionamiento y todos los cuartos dan al mismo. Lamentablemente la noche que nosotros dormimos ahí estuvieron moviendo mesas y fierros pasadas las 9pm y pues fue dificil dormir. La acústica del lugar hizo que todo sonara más fuerte.
La tele tiene varios canales, para los que no pueden vivir sin tele les va a gustar eso.
No sé si volvería a hospedarme aquí, pero está ok para sacarte de un apuro, el precio es justo.

No es lo ue esperaba
el hotel esta ubicado cerca del centro de comitan pero como el pueblo es sinuoso hay que subir al por una calle empinada para llegar,la puerta del hotel siempre esta cerrada asi que era incomodo tocar cada vez que querias entrar y esperar a que te abrieran, la habitacion simple limpia pero en el baño el agua caliente nunca salio, aparte nos toco la remodelacion y desde las 8 am ya estaban trabajando los albañiles,en fin si buscas un hotel economico solo para ir de paso a tu visita al chiflon o a lagos de montebelloesta bien pero si buscas un hotel para descansar, relajarte y pasar mas de 2 noches en comitan este no es el hote que esperas.
