Super good!

Super good, in question quality and price very well, it is a family hotel, thank you for taking into consideration my request to stay on the ground floor by my mom who was in a wheelchair, I was able to move it very well Thanks to the hotel has elevator; all the very friendly staff. The pool is warm and has two levels of depth, for kids and big. The lighting of the restaurant very nice, lack of staff in the afternoon, the waiter was alone so the service was somewhat late, but even though he had several tables to attend was always friendly. How everything was good and others not so good, the drinks very good, especially American coffee. The rooms are very clean and smell nice. Definitely if I am going back we feel very comfortable, the coffees they sell in the Loby tmbn very good. I highly recommend it.

The pool was closed because they ran out of the chemicals

Normally I hesitate to give negative reviews but I really can't recommend this hotel. On the positive side, the room looked like the photos, appeared to be clean, and we had a balcony overlooking the ravine. However, the towels in the room were very old and worn out with holes. Worse was that one reason we chose this hotel was for it's pool, a must because Cuernavaca is so worn. But the pool was closed during our stay because they didn't have the chemicals needed. That is just poor management and was very disappointing. The location was also not as convenient to the historic center as I hoped. It wasn't a long walk but the streets don't always have sidewalks so it wasn't very pleasant. I wish I'd chosen a different hotel for our one night in Cuernavaca.

BAD EXPERIENCE

LOUSY, it is a motel by the way, which 3 stars, nothing to do with the photos they show, despot staff do not answer you even the good morning (because it is Cuban one of them and so is its "beaten" treatment), horrible room smells bad, drainage noises, hard bed and the whirlpool all pig and still charge you more than 1000 for cancellation... Avoid the bad weather

The weekend buffet is delicious, some rooms have balcony and amazing view, room service is good, the pool we enjoyed quite a lot is at room temperature, the very quiet place highly recommended and well located

Very good service, I loved the very quiet place and suitable to go as a couple or as a family has a pool and the restaurant service is good I highly recommend it, my room had a terrace and the view is amazing is very well located
