Restful and cozy!!!
Charming paradise-like place, the service is excellent, friendly, and very helpful.
If you want to stay in a quiet and private place, this is the one.
The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Customer service is awful
Noticed the owner denies all bad reviews on Google Maps, so I'm leaving mine here. Tried making a reservation, waited almost a week just to be told, verbatim "if I don't have availability I shouldn't even be answering you". Custormer service is awful, they are super rude to locals and deny all bad reviews. Honestly just a waste of time.

Dear Montserrat. I have spoken with both of our hotel managers who are in charge of reservations and both are emphatic that they never said they shouldn't be answering because we did not have availability. Eliana and Felix are the only members of our team with access to reservation enquiries and both have been working at La Villa del Valle for more than 4 years. They answer all reservation enquiries within 24 hours regardless of whether or not we have availability and in cases when we cannot offer the requested dates, they always suggest our nearest alternative dates. Do you remember who you were in contact wiith? I would be grateful for any further information you can share. As for denying bad reviews, this is the first time I have ever responded to a review on any platform. Hoping for some clarification from you so I can further investigate your accusations. We are locals and have been in the Guadalupe Valley for 24 years. Being rude to locals is not something we have ever knowingly done. I sincerely hope this is a misunderstanding. There are a few hotels in the valley with similar names to ours. Is it possible you were in touch with another establishment?

Peaceful Stay in Valle de Guadalupe
We had an amazing stay at and would absolutely return. What stood out immediately was how intentional and thoughtfully curated the entire experience felt. The boutique nature of the property made everything feel personal, quiet, peaceful, and elevated without ever feeling overdone or pretentious.
The service throughout our stay was excellent — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was perfect for us: comfortable, beautifully designed, cleanly, and aligned with the relaxed luxury feel of the property. Every detail across the grounds felt well done and purposeful.
One of the things we appreciated most was the hotel’s dedication to sustainability and how naturally it’s woven into the experience, from the property design to the gardens and overall atmosphere. You can really feel the care behind the space. The breakfast each morning was incredibly fresh and one of our favorite parts of the stay.
We also loved spending time beyond just the room itself. The pool and hot tub were a great place to unwind after a day exploring Valle, and the property overall is somewhere you actually want to spend time in rather than just sleep at. It has a calm, grounded energy that made the entire experience feel special.
A truly beautiful stay and great experience!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very kind staff, breakfast is wonderful. Pool area is very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended !
