Very nice staff. Clean and confortable. Coffee in the hallways was excellent way to each morning.

There is no water in the shower.

Customer service was reported, but they did not repair it; the shower had tape like an old bathroom, and we were denied service in the restaurant.

Bad service

The attention is very poor, the service in the room leaves much to be desired; they take more than an hour to bring the service to the room, and the worst part is that the service is terrible; the food always arrives super cold and is always missing something. The room always has its cleaning details; I believe that Hotsson has a long way to go to offer good service.

Very good.

I arrive at the business class flat I imagine, the excellent room, the morning cookies. All very well. I can't think of the price because it was courtesy. They just rushed me to get billed for dinner but they never answered me in the chat.
