We were particularly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and qucknto answer any questions we had.
The room was very comfortable although the bed made creaking noises when I moved during the night.

Accident (cut into the sole of the foot) due to lack of maintenance of the pool.

We had a very bad experience, as my son had an accident (cut in the sole of the foot) in the infinity pool (nothing to see) due to the poor maintenance of it; they took time to attend to him, there is no such nursing service, one of the "managers" approached and put oxygenated water directly on the wound, then came who according to them is a doctor and who has the "courses" (although she says that she is only a medical student and that is why they called her), the latter draws the attention to the other person and tells him that he does not like to use oxygenated water, then asks for gloves, only one and incorrectly without first disinfecting his hands, apart from bringing very long nails, takes the tape of adhesive cloth from the emergency case and puts it on the floor and also steps on it, puts my son isodine with gauze pads, asks for water to wash him but there is nowhere in the looby, they bring him the water and he no longer uses it and ends up placing only a gauze pad and fixes it with the tape. He tells us that she'll be there the next morning if we want him to have a cure. But my son required 6 stitches, as we left the hotel to find who properly checked his foot, without any support from the hotel staff, since they, in addition to not having the medical or nursing service, do not request emergency support or direct you where you can turn. When we returned we asked to speak to management and they asked us what was the reason why we clarified that because of the accident, they told us that there was no one who was down the next day until 8am and that they still did not arrive until 9:30, they kept asking us what it was and we talked again about the same and that we wanted to talk to the manager and nothing until they happened to us with two people who all they deigned to say is that they could not make decisions and accepted to have too many complaints from the hotel but that they could not resolve them that they were only authorized to give a courtesy day (same as we rejected). And yes, they couldn’t even leave the matter in the hands of the manager and even the management couldn’t have a courteous minimum of one call before leaving, since there we had two more days of stay, which seemed eternal since the hotel staff treated us indifferently. The woman who received us did so in a defensive tone and argued that the care given to my son was of the "highest quality" given by a doctor (a person I mentioned earlier and who also attends in the "boutique" area (store) and who also saw me on the desk of the restaurant) and who from his mouth told me "I am a medical student and that is why they speak to me", and who also commented that the next day he would bring his own briefcase from home since the hotel was missing things and who also did not approach at all and we ran into it several times in the entrances and exits of our hotel. Apart from the above, the pipe noise that arrives daily at 6 am and the train whistle that is heard in the early morning. There are no staff to guide on the outings or recommendations of whether or not it is correct to enter the sea due to the current or tide, the flags on a single day changed a green flag to a white one, but they do not have visual aids that say it means that the red, yellow and white (or green) flags are together. Lots of sand in the pool, etc. What has potential and calm easily steals all of the above.

Hotel Horrroso

A horrible hotel, first night we arrived and there was no hot water, and there was never, as the boiler was turned on, but never the hot water came out. I was carrying my 2-year-old baby, and I told him that I needed to bathe him, that I couldn't with cold water.
They gave us a smaller room for the same cost as the big one. In the end, almost after begging them they gave me the room I requested, when really the hotel was ONLY 4 cars parked solely for the whole hotel.
Dismal customer service, the reception lady replied that she could not do anything given that it was 10 pm and the staff had already left. Any room service you require can no longer cater to you like ordering an extra sofa bed.
And in a teasing tone and I don't care.
The facilities already deteriorated.
