Consider another option

Well located. Very basic facilities. The elevator is very loud and room 14 is very noisy because the elevator motor is right next door. Very pleasant service.

Unsafe hotel and poor service

Photos help him a lot but the hotel is not what you see in photos. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the linen was in poor condition, the towels were broken and stained and the hotel was unsafe. They knocked on our door and window violently and tried to open the door at midnight. I've never felt in danger like that night. Be careful, it's not safe. The hotel also didn't solve anything or tell us who was playing at midnight. They had cameras and they didn't follow us up. They don't seem to mind the guests.

Staff very courteous, rooms are quite basic, but clean. Mostly quiet, but could hear people in the hallways a couple of times

Worst experience

The worst experience, there were cockroaches, dirty towels, burnt bedspreads but the worst thing was that at midnight they tried to open the room door and hit the glass that looked like they were going to break it we talked to reception to be helped and they just told us they were going to check it but they no longer followed up or checked cameras, we could no longer sleep the 2 nights we had left
