NEVER HIRE THIS HOTEL

I made a three-night reservation at this hotel and I warn you not to think of hiring this hotel trash. First of all the rooms stink of humidity they don't smell of humidity literally and humidity is seen everywhere, zero internet doesn't get signal, bad contacts put bad lamps about to fall, cards for entry that are constantly deactivated but that is the least of the problems of this hotel. Be very careful because to me in particular to the second night once I returned from spending the whole day with my family in sisal told me the hotel staff that I would be fined $2000 because I had been smoking in the hotel based on an alleged evidence of a photo taken by the person doing the cleaning where a cigar butt appears in a glass which is totally false and I am sure that this is something premeditated because obviously I refused to pay that alleged fine and in less than a minute was the police and without any reliable evidence that I had been smoking inside the room more than a supposed photograph of the glass with a cigar butt, I was literally stripped kicked out of the place with luxury of violence not only by the hotel staff but by the policemen that is to say that I think they are in collusion with the purpose of extorting people, for my fortune I decided to leave that hotelucho of fifth because in fact it is a disgusting and also they are fraudulent fraudsters and thieves, I looked for another hotel almost at 11 at night a hotel called Maria José which obviously you can tell since your arrival the enormous difference between a decent hotel with a proper treatment respectful of the possible and rats nest that is that hotel called Mayucatán. I leave you some pictures of the cops and the way I was taken with my minor children from room 117 of that disgusting hotel
NEVER HIRE HIM. HE'S DISGUSTING AND VILE.

Lousy hotel Maya Yucatan

The room was very simple but I thought it didn't matter because all day I was going to be away, however the bathroom was too dirty and there I started to feel uncomfortable. In the night we tried to sleep and there was a lot of noise from what was supposed to be an event in a park that was a block behind, anyway I complained to the employees because it was not human to sleep like this and the next day they changed my room to the other end of the building and there I discovered that the music came from the next door businesses and a parking lot and the noise was daily, so the 5 days I "slept" there were torture. Dirty sheets stained with human secretions. The most disgusting bathroom in the world, all full of stains of excrement, urine, fungi and mold and the worst thing is that on the wall next to the toilet were stains of excrement and urine. Very dirty place, you can tell that there is no one to verify that they actually do the cleaning. The only good thing is the location but there are more accommodation options and in Merida everything is close, so look for another place, I do not recommend this hotel

I wouldn't go again

The hotel doesn't look 4 stars, they have a good location but up there.
Its parking is super small and almost force you to pay parking nearby. Compared to the large number of rooms they have.
The rooms are in poor condition, with tartar in the bathrooms, humidity on the walls, the weather looks like an oil-free car engine.
The base of the bed broken and the toilet with tartar and lid that is not even his, windows with rust and the balcony door does not even open.

STAY AWAY DIRTY RUN DOWN PLACE WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

The hotel is dirty since you enter. There are stains in the couches when you enter. The rooms are dirty with everything malfunctioning: the door, the shower, the blinds the ace didn’t work so they had to give us 3 different rooms charging us 50 dollars more for the moved . The rooms are all run down even the mattress has mold. You will be better off anywhere else!

YOU FILTHY! DO NOT BOOK HERE

My 30-minute stay was a real terror.
Since I arrived at the hotel at noon the staff was very high-handed and insistent in every prayer that check in was at 3, which I did not want to discuss because I know perfectly well the protocols of check in and check out of the hotels, since it is the same in EVERYONE.
When I returned at 3 o’clock they told me that I still could not access my room, and it was not until 3:02 that they let me pass by having a high-minded attitude and attempt at superiority (but this was not the problem).
When I arrived at the room I was really disappointed because it is not how they promote it in photographs, really to be a central hotel and belonging to a well-known chain I expected something less deplorable. It smelled damp appallingly, the TV was crashed, and both the sheets and the pillows were DIRTY, smelled of sweat from some or some other guests (to the extent that my clothes were impregnated by the foul smell) and even looked yellow. I just sat on the bed and felt the springs of the mattress bury me, to which I couldn’t stand another second and decided to leave the hotel.
When I went down to reception to make the delivery of the room and request my refund, the "manager" JEER questioned my dissatisfaction, to which I told him the facts and in a mocking tone he said (and quote): "And they didn't happen to litter the room? Because they will be charged," to which I replied in an annoying tone that there was no way to leave her WORSE off than they already had her, to which she let out a small laugh and declined to refund the amount she had paid and told me to contact my operator to see if the refund was appropriate.
This hotel definitely does NOT deserve to continue operating; I hope soon SANIDAD and PROFECO close the place for unhygienic and LOUSY service.
