Excellent stay

It is 1 km from the center of Merida. It is close to Paseo 60 Shopping Center (ADO, restaurants, boutique stores), as well as close to supermarkets (Walmart, Oxxo), shops, cafes, restaurants and other hotels. Customer service is excellent. The room is large and includes a mini fridge.

Well except the bartender

Property located a few minutes from the city center. Correct room with intermittent shower. Proper catering with efficient staff. On the other hand, the waiter at the bar is an abominable character: we arrive at 10 at 9:45 p.m., he serves 2 people then announces that he closes. Which gives such a bad score.

Deeply unsympathetic staff... NO customer service (staff sulk at the slightest remark -worse than kindergarten children!!-)... Fluctuating water trickle for the shower... no wifi... passable meal...
In short... to avoid... we can find much better on Merida!!!

Pass your way... flee this hotel!

We stayed one night in this hotel which is in the standards of Mexican hotels for the part Cleanliness of rooms and quality of food.
(Hot water is always random in hotels in Mexico....)
Regarding the reception and customer service, booked rather in a Mexican military barracks, you will be better received!!!
(staff not smiling, not welcoming and without any sense of customer service!)
In conclusion, if you want to stay at a hotel in the city of Merida, do not book at this hotel!
