Poor service

The facilities are beautiful, but the service very bad, lacks manager, the restaurant of the hotel opens at 7:15 and at 9 pm they no longer have service, a boy in reception at all said I don't know.

Soap/shampoo dispensers were almost emptied. No tissues to wipe nose or face. I was charged extra for laundry because a towel had a little bit of make up on it. Only one key available for a room of three people. No phone in the room, so you must walk to the front entrance for any request. Room was really small for three people.

Room is clean and cozy, I liked the easy access to everything in town. Nothing was further than 10 minute walk and it was still quiet enough to get some rest after touring all day. Safe and highly recommended.

The Hotel Great close to restaurants , coffee shops and shopping , friendly staff. Very clean . I would definitely stay there again . Highly recommend .
