Cozy and comfortable house for lovers of calm authenticity and rest

Stayed 5 nights in January 2026.Very nice and nice small establishment near the center but quiet street. As soon as we push the door it is a haven of tranquility and rest thanks to the beautiful lush tropical garden that surrounds the pool.Rooms with small spacious terrace, comfortable, very nice, nicely decoratedMention good for storage The equipment is functional (small latency time for hot water but it is general in the country...); operational and efficient air conditioning.Very quiet!
Perfect breakfast with fresh, local produce and some homemade.
Strong point, of the establishment, the atmosphere 'Casa', warm welcome, simple, not intrusive e, cooperative for tourist advice or practical.Very pleasant staff with a m, the manager and the hostess are very attentive.
Possibility to buy homemade products including honey produced by the owner (possibility of presentation of beehives not to be missed).
Very good step for a clientele who appreciates calm, discretion and rest.

EXCELLENT STAY

Welcome by Charles and Stéphane, spacious and well equipped room with bonus a small terrace with hammock quiet!
Breakfasts are rich and varied = special mention for jams "homemade" and honey harvested on site.
Ideally located close to a supermarket and the main street that leads to Tulum.

Oasis in Tulum

I've been a visitor to this oasis over the last 10 years or more. Here is what you can expect. It's quiet and clean. The rooms have a mini bar and premium coffee maker. The Internet is strong. The breakfast is made to order with local ingredients. The owners live on site and make sure that everything is clean and functioning perfectly. The pool is perfect for a swim and thank goodness there is NO blaring music in the common area. The hotel is in South Tulum off the main drag and is totally walled in for your comfort. If you want the insanity of beach traffic and noise go elsewhere and yet the hotel is only a short distance away. The new airport in Tulum is about 45 minutes. I am here for one night as a stop for the airport. Charles one of the owners greeted me personally. What a pleasure and the staff has been great.

Stunning paradise in Tulum

Less than 20 min walk from the bus stop, this hotel offered us a quiet oasis from the bustling of the main road noise and shops. The foliage within is pretty gorgeous along with a pool, bee keeping on site, and a lovely communal area to eat, read, relax, etc. They offer breakfast for a price of around $140 MXN. Not sure if a wind storm affected the power but our last night in, the power was off for several hours (2-5 am) which made sleeping quite hot. To the hotel's credit, I did not attempt to alert them to address it due to the early hour.
