TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I do not recommend it

The truth is terrible service from the receptionist and staff. It seems like they are giving you things for free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, the facilities are very deteriorated, there are cockroaches in the rooms. More than anything, the receptionist must improve her attitude

Great location & cheap hotel

The Hotel & Suites Oriente has a great location near downtown, Plaza de Armas, pier and some museums and atractions. Obviously it is not a 5 star hotel but if you dont want to expend a lot of money for stay is a good place.

This hotel is so close to El Zocalo - very convenient if you plan on soaking up some of Veracruz's nightlife!
