It was a big and luxury hotel once upon a time, but it looks a bit dated nowadays. My room was spacious and had very good city view. It was clean enough. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s a good hotel in the heart of the city.

In addition to the hotel’s breakfast for guests, on the first floor, there is a breakfast coffee house that opens as early as 6:00 a.m. They offer freshly made cakes, bread, and delicious coffee. It’s probably one of the earliest places to open in Ulaanbaatar.
The hotel’s Chinese restaurant opens early, and you can enjoy very delicious Chinese food here

great oportunity to have a relaxed time at the center of Ulaanbaatar

The UB Grand Hotel is centrally located and perfectly suited for experiencing the atmosphere of Ulaanbaatar and taking excursions in the surrounding area.
Especially the dining options in and around the hotel are excellent.
The Coffart coffee shop on the first floor is particularly pleasant.
