An incredible stay! ✨

An absolutely incredible place! We came as a family and were very warmly welcomed upon our arrival.
The room was magnificent, with a simply incredible view! The cleanliness was impeccable, the cleaning was done very well every day, and the food was excellent.
Even in the evening, there is always something to do, which makes the stay even more pleasant. And above all, a huge thank you to all the staff, who were really very pleasant, smiling, and attentive.
We had an exceptional stay as a family and we will return with great pleasure! ✨

Family holiday

The only thing thats was right with this holiday was the pools .the hotel was really out dated .tv in rooms didnt work when we asked the reception to fix the TV after asking for 3 days they moved as rooms the TV worked at first then wouldnt work when asked again to get it fixed they wanted us to move rooms again so no TV for 7 nights stay .the shower was to low on the wall so you had to hold it over youre head while trying to wash .inthe kitchen there was only one plug socket. The pool bar restaurant was terrible ordered food it took over a hour we had to ask for our money back one day as we waited well over a hour for food .staff could by really rude

Disgusting and dirty

Absolute filth, booked several times with live holiday and never been placed in a hotel so awful. The holiday sold was a lie, the hotel staff were not accommodating, blamed a third party and placed us in rooms that were not what was advertised, placed in filthy, damp, mouldy appartments opposite the actual hotel, guest welcome letters were addressed to unknown names in rooms as clearly these were not rooms we had booked, hotel said they would give us rooms the next day only to be offered again vile apartments opposite. Rooms were services sparsely and when they were we were lucky if we even had towels replaced. Toiletries stolen, broken doors to rooms and on check out my friend was chased by the concierge and screamed at saying she hadn’t paid hotel tax which was clearly paid on first day, when they realised there mistake no apologies just have a good day madam. Several other families and groups had exactly same issue and no one was helped! Please please please do not stay or book this hotel EVER!

Beautiful Morocco, but very disappointing hotel experience

Beautiful trip to Morocco, but unfortunately a very disappointing hotel experience.
Morocco itself was beautiful, but unfortunately I would not recommend Anezi Tower Hotel to anyone.
We stayed for 5 nights and had no hot water during our entire stay. We reported the problem and asked someone to come and take a look, but nobody ever came to check it or fix the issue.
On top of that, we were also given dirty towels, which was very disappointing and unacceptable.
Overall, we were very unhappy with our stay at the hotel. It really spoiled what was otherwise a beautiful trip to Morocco.

Honestly, great stay at the Anezi Tower hotel! The room was honestly great: super beautiful, very clean, and super comfortable. As for service, nothing to complain about, the team was really nice, welcoming, and very attentive throughout the stay. Big favorite for the buffet which was just delicious, with an insane selection and super good dishes. A great experience from start to finish, I will go back without hesitation!
