Very bad experience – refund not made

I booked two nights at the hotel residence imi plage on 04/09/2025 but I had to leave after the first night. The staff refused to refund the second night despite my requests. The manager is completely unprofessional and speaks to clients in familiar language, which is unacceptable especially as I am a pregnant woman. The room had a hygiene problem (roach in the room), which prevented me from sleeping and staying the second night.
I advise against this hotel for lack of cleanliness and mismanagement of guests.
