Luxurious Riad.

Riad in a noble house with period furnishings and ceilings. Very beautiful. Clean. Large room. Friendly staff. Welcomed with delicious tea and cookies. Very convenient location. Panoramic terrace overlooking the fortress. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Perfect for visiting Fez.

Beautiful Riad in a very convenient location for visiting Fez. It is located within the Medina, but in a very quiet position and still just a few minutes from the vibrant heart of the city.
Very welcoming and well-furnished environments. The room for four people was spacious and comfortable, with clean and very cozy beds.
Excellent and abundant breakfast.
Overall, the two-night stay was excellent.

Beautiful riad

Beautiful riad.
The welcome is friendly.
The room and bathroom are clean.
There's just a little smell of humidity (which is normal in this kind of building), but one shot of air conditioning and it goes away.
The breakfast is nice.

Riad in the medina of Fes

Riad inside the medina but very close to a paid parking lot where you can leave your car. Friendly manager, picked us up on our arrival given the difficulty of moving around the medina without getting lost. Great place and nice, good dinner and breakfast. Clean rooms and bathroom ok, considering the place. I recommend it

This riad was not ideally located for my preferences, as it felt quite far from where I wanted to spend most of my time. If you don’t mind walking through the alleyways to reach the shops within the medina, then the location may work for you. For us, however, it felt a bit inconvenient.
Upon arrival, we were taken to a room that was not the one we had reserved. We had booked a quadruple room, but instead were given two separate rooms. While this arrangement might work for some travelers, it didn’t work well for us, as we were separated. We were three travelers with three large suitcases and three carry-ons, and we were expecting a more spacious room—specifically the downstairs room that was shown in the listing photos when we made the reservation. The rooms we received felt small, and we’re still unsure why the original room was not provided.
The riad itself is quite outdated, but that didn’t bother me much. It has a vintage feel that fits the character of a traditional riad, and I can appreciate that it has been kept true to its time.
Breakfast was simple but very good, and the staff was helpful and kind throughout our stay. Overall, while the riad has charm and friendly service, the location and room arrangement did not meet our expectations.
