Scenic
I stayed in this Riad, only one night. Very nice both the common areas and the room. From my room you can see one of the two pools. Very generous spaces, furniture with refined finishes and furnishings in general very well cared for.

I wouldn't go back
Nice location, staff too, but disappointing on several points:
Very small room for 4 people, without hangers, not even a wardrobe,
Very expensive mineral water, 2 euros for a 500 ml bottle
At the abundant breakfast there was nothing to complain about except that only a cup of coffee was served, on the last morning my friend asked for a glass of water and they brought us 4 500ml bottles, after making us wait 20 minutes for the opening of the gate they asked us to pay 8 euros for bottles of water (not requested by us) treated like thieves.... bad experience
Very long times to be able to exit the gate with the motorbikes
The care of the swimming pools and general cleanliness were positive.

Lamentable
Don't trust the glowing reviews. Friendly welcome by an employee. But when the boss arrives, nothing is going well. Disrespectful aggressive and certain of the quality of his services. He apparently considers that only his establishment is reliable in Fez. Empty establishment when we arrived in mid-September. Justifies anything and everything. Followed us to our vehicle asking us our budget while assuring that it was cheaper than anything we could find. Error we find lower without problem. Despite the cleanliness of the establishment, this gentleman kindly guides you towards the door. Note that everything is extra, even the swimming pool, contrary to what is noted on some comparators.
Make your choice. I strongly advise against it.

Bitter and disrespectful owner
The chef of this establishment is so bitter and disrespectful that I canceled my reservation when I arrived. Sad experience, I prefer to rent from real Moroccans than from an embittered and psychopathic MRE.

Horrible experience
In a hot day in Fez, we thought that we need a pool so we decided to go to the (horrible) riad mimosa to enjoy the pool and chill.
They were not kind from the first look, they started cleaning the pool by using the chlorine at 12 am after one hour we arrived, that has a bad effect on our skin and hair, The receptionist was very rude, she talked to us with a unrespectable way, the toilet was very dirty, she told us that the cleaner didn't come yet!!!
The price were very expensive for this experience, the young guy working there is the best person we met, he was very polite with his smily face, very thankful for him.
If you need a calm chilling day don't try this bad energy place.
