Magnificent stay
Very good stay, the staff is lovely, very well received, one really feels at ease

The House of Horrors
The appearance of the hotel may seem good at first glance, but the reality was very different. The facilities showed quite a lot of slack and several maintenance problems.
Our experience was very negative, as several travelers ended up with food poisoning. In addition, basic things like shower soap were missing and there was hardly any toilet paper. Security also left much to be desired: one of the doors seemed secure, but the other remained unlocked.
They also tried to charge us 20€ per person for a simple salad and a boiled egg, also carrying our own drink. And to top it off, the salad had past shoots. We left a few beers in his fridge and they all disappeared.
The worst thing was the attitude of the owners when we told them the facts in a polite way: they responded in a chubby and unpleasant way. His last words were that they did not want Spaniards in their hotel, something completely out of place and very disappointing, especially being French.
Undoubtedly, an experience we would not repeat.

Nos sorprende sinceramente este comentario, ya que contrasta enormemente con los intercambios que tuvimos durante su estancia y con las numerosas opiniones extremadamente positivas que solemos recibir de nuestros viajeros.
No obstante, queremos responder con calma y transparencia.
En cuanto a la supuesta intoxicación alimentaria mencionada, solo una persona de su grupo de cuatro viajeros se sintió mal durante la estancia, algo que naturalmente nos preocupó y ante lo cual mostramos toda nuestra comprensión. Ningún otro cliente presente en ese momento señaló un problema similar.
También lamentamos que ciertos aspectos materiales no hayan estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Cuando se nos informa de ello durante la estancia, siempre hacemos lo necesario de inmediato, ya sea respecto a productos puestos a disposición o a cualquier necesidad particular.
En relación con las comidas, estas se preparan de manera casera, con esmero y generosidad, dentro del espíritu de una casa de huéspedes familiar. De hecho, durante su estancia nos expresaron en varias ocasiones su satisfacción con la acogida, las comidas y el entorno.
Respecto a las bebidas guardadas en el frigorífico, simplemente pusimos nuestra nevera a su disposición, como hacemos con gusto para nuestros huéspedes. Nos sorprendió igualmente el malentendido mencionado en su comentario.
Por último, desmentimos con la mayor firmeza las palabras que se nos atribuyen sobre los españoles. Desde siempre recibimos a viajeros de todas las nacionalidades con respeto, placer y amabilidad. En Marruecos, la hospitalidad es un valor esencial al que estamos profundamente unidas.
Entendemos, por supuesto, que un lugar no pueda corresponder a todas las sensibilidades, pero lamentamos sinceramente el carácter excesivo e hiriente de algunos de los comentarios publicados aquí.
Seguiremos, como siempre lo hemos hecho, recibiendo a nuestros viajeros con corazón, sinceridad y atención.

Recommend without hesitation!
Exceptional stay: an incredible welcome and a beautiful family bungalow by a superb pool. The estate is very beautiful, close to Souss Massa National Park. The hospitality is just memorable. There are no false notes and we hope to go back

Great stay in Ihchach
My mother and I had a wonderful stay in this riad. The place is beautiful, quiet and perfect for relaxing.
Everything was clean and neat. All the people who run the riad are extremely kind, always attentive and good advice.
The food is delicious, completely homemade, and we feasted throughout the stay. Thank you for this warm welcome, we recommend this place without hesitation!

A wonderful little oasis in the middle of Moroccan farm land.
We stayed four nights and - being the only guests at the time - enjoyed the silence and very nice people at Dar Beynana always making sure that we had tea, coffee and snacks besides cooking great Moroccan lunch and dinners for us.
We didn't really experience the neighborhood much as we were perfectly happy within the squares of Dar Beynana. We mainly suntanned, played pool and cards, walked around and tasted the fresh fruits of the season. But did go for a little shopping in the nearby city and played soccer with a few locals in the nearby football ground only 200 meters away.
Though a little cold at the time of year, at least one of us also enjoyed the spacious pool too.
Our best recommendations.
