2 star at best!

Returned home on 10th August after spending a week at this hotel. Typically we go away for 10 days, but wow am I glad this was only 7 days!
I rarely leave a review unless it's positive, but felt compelled to do so to advise others what to expect.
The holiday was cheap and I do believe you get what you pay for, but rating this hotel as 3 star is really a stretch.
Food was ok, and room cleaners were lovely, but otherwise not alot of positives about this hotel.
The AI bar is terrible, and there is only 1 small bar between 2 pools, which is very small and understaffed. Beer is served from a can, no drinks on draught whatsoever, and on more than one occasion, soft drinks were poured from warm bottles as the machine was broken.
Along with this, the swarm of bees you have to get through at the bar is terrible, 30-40 swarming at all times.
Entertainment was awful in the evening, we went once and never again.
Hotel is very dated and shabby, and generally not particularly clean. Pool toilets were not checked regularly and were disgusting by the small pool.
If you are using the title as a Base to go out and explore, and not spend much time in, then maybe it is OK. But as a family holiday I would not recommend at all.
Air con was awful, and balcony was not safe as the railing was loose. With young children this is unacceptable. And the stench of sewerage being pumped in to our room daily was unbearable. We advised reception and with a shrug they simply said "so move rooms" they eventually sent an "engineer" who sprayed some air freshener around.
The hotel is convenient for excursions and the souks are only 10 minutes away, and a supermarket is just down the road.
We will definitely return to Marrakech at some point, but it will not be to this hotel!

It was ok

Nice Hotel
Room - clean and well maintained daily by housekeeping crew. AC terrible! In temps of 45 degrees, there was no respite from the weather in the rooms as just as hot as outside. No tea/coffee station so i took my own kettle... then without asking, the housekeeper delivered another kettle and snacks/water.
Toilet very high and only 2 big towels given despite 4 people in room.
Food - ok. We were never hungry but food was not labelled and we survived mostly on salads.
Pool - gorgeous - very spacious, never felt over-crowded. Did have to put towels on sunbeds between 7-8am but no mad rush.
I wouldn't go back due to AC situation.
Location - 10mins walk to local commercial centre, which had shops and a big supermarket as well as fast food/ice cream. 10min drive to Souk.

Over priced for what you get!!

We arrived at 11.30am, our room wasn't ready obviously, our bags were placed to the side and we were asked to wait at the pool until our room was free. There are two pools, one at Club Paradisio (with a small splash pool also, this area had extremely loud, repetitive music, and at time, very inappropriate foul language for children. The second pool was in Zalagh Resort, slighly bigger pool. The only bar accessible for all inclusive was at the loud side, which was a small shed converted, but had limitations of 2 drinks per person, even if you needed to get drinks for your family! There was very limited activities around the pool. Help yourself to soft archery, help yourself to inflatable football and tennis. We had 2 days out of the 7 nights, where entertainment staff went round the pool offering yoga and water gym. Both lasted 10 minutes.
The toilets in the rooms were very high. I am 5'4", and my tip toes only just touched the floor. Not very accessible for shorter people or young children!.
The AI bar was generally set 10am-10pm. If you needed water out of these times, you were told by reception to buy some from the shop.
Cleaners did a great job, but had to wait for fresh towels, some days till 5.30/6pm.
Supervisor cleaner walks in regardless of what you are 'doing', and doesnt apologise, just continues to go onto balcony and around the room and into the bathroom to check cleaners have done their job properly (one day she walked in on my son in law naked. She just carried on like he wasn't there!!
Food is very repetitive. Absolutely no labels on the food! Lots of cross contamination happening. My family are meat eaters, but I am a pescatarian. Chefs hands, tools and plates were used between meat, fish and vegetable items. The pizzas were made by hand daily, with gloves on, gloves were not changed between different pizzas. No information for allergies at all. Some dishes were difficult to know what they contained.
Overall, this is a very standard holiday, definitely not what we expected based on the information on Loveholidays and the photos are definitely done in a way to sell. The pools are smaller than they seem in the pictures. The evening entertainment board showed a different itinerary each night, though nothing happened till 10pm ish, with a singer, singing the same 5 songs every night!! No way for joining in or even a place to dance safely. Some families used their own phones to play music as the entertainment was so poor. I wouldn't go back to this hotel!
The price of the excursions via the hotel is SHOCKING, we went on the same trips via TripAdvisor at 20% of the hotels price. There is a convenient lovely little shopping centre 10 minutes walk from the hotel, with high Street stores and a Carrefour.

Family stay with positive points, but urgent efforts needed regarding the restaurant's hygiene.

I stayed at this hotel from **July 20 to 25, 2026**. Overall, it is a good, respectful family hotel, but certain points require immediate attention from management.
**The positive points:**
* **Location:** Very good location, convenient and pleasant.
* **Housekeeping staff:** The housekeepers are professional, honest, respectful of guests' privacy, and do an excellent cleaning job.
* **The restaurant Chef:** A big thank you to the Chef for his kindness, responsiveness, and benevolence, especially toward the children.
* **Dining:** The food is very good and tasty.
* **Atmosphere:** Quiet, respectful hotel and very well-suited for families.
**Negative points and areas for improvement:**
* **Hygiene and dishes at the restaurant (Critical point):**
* The dishes are very poorly washed. The glass cups give off a very unpleasant odor and the plates remain damp.
* The tables are not cleaned well between customers (presence of crumbs, no wiping).
* **Serious problem (plastic cups):** These cups are only rinsed with water without any detergent. Children play with them in the chlorinated pool water, then they are collected, simply rinsed with water, and reused in the restaurant to serve drinks. This is a real health risk.
* **Restaurant location and thermal comfort:** The restaurant is located in the basement, which gives a feeling of suffocation. Despite the air conditioning, it is extremely hot in there. Relocating the restaurant would be a major plus.
* **Food variety:** Although the dishes are good, there is a lack of diversity (almost the same menu every day).
* **Service and Wi-Fi:** The majority of the servers are very young and lack experience. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi signal is extremely weak and unusable.
In summary, the hotel has very good potential thanks to its family-friendly setting and welcoming staff, but a serious effort must be made regarding the hygiene of the dishes and the ventilation of the restaurant.
