Great location next to train station with a really fun and amazing swimming pool friendly staff great decor and everything needed was available

Unacceptable
I am currently staying at this hotel with my family and I wanted to share an experience that really disappointed me.
Around the pool, the behavior of a lifeguard and a person accompanying him made me very uncomfortable. Their attitude toward women seemed inappropriate and pushy to me, to the point that I did not dare to enjoy the pool. It is really a shame when you choose a hotel for a family vacation.
I also saw the lifeguard and his friend smoking a substance that seemed to me to be cannabis and drinking alcohol near the pool, even though there were families and children around. I was quite shocked by this situation.
I tried to reach the headquarters as well as the hotel by phone to report this problem, but I received no response. I did not make a complaint at the front desk, because I did not feel comfortable and I was afraid that the person involved would know that I was the one who reported it.
I hope that management will take the time to verify what is happening in order to guarantee a more serene and secure environment for all guests.

First Impressions Really Do Count
I had a very late check-in around 2:00 am, but I was greeted with a warm welcome by an older gentleman whom I called Ozzy. He helped me to my room when my key wouldn’t work. The younger man who processed my payment was equally hospitable and complimentary. The breakfast was varied, with some really nice options. The staff were attentive and poured my first tea in Morocco. I believe first impressions really count when it comes to service. I would recommend a stay at Marrakech Centre Gare.

Terrible!
Hotel in very bad condition, very small and very dirty and neglected room with dilapidated furniture and poor hygiene conditions, inattentive and helpful staff. Luckily I arrived late at night and left long before dawn, I envied the people who had spent the night at the airport.... Given the time of departure, I had asked for a packed breakfast that I had been assured but was not provided. Chosen for the location near the train station and because I had trusted the hotel chain that I believed would ensure a minimum of comfort. To be avoided absolutely.
