Bad experience

Hello, after taking a very long time to find the riad, they do not announce us a reservation, I show my booking validated, tells me we have just taken over the establishment so if we want we can stay by paying again. Not possible, we leave, contact booking, and they tell booking that we never came, while they phone me in the meantime. To date, I have paid twice the same night, with bad times from the establishment. Run away.

Iklil a nice place to stay

We (GF and I) are taking a round-trip in Marokko the first stay for me (GF has spent 12 days here before I came) is in this lovely riad. The riad is well taken care of, the area and rooms are nice and clean. On top there is a nice terrace where also breakfast is served. Breakfast is good with both, butter, jam, bread, eggs, and a little vegetables along with the, coffee and juice. The staff is very, smiling, helpful and totally committed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Riad Iklil a slice of happiness

I can be a very difficult guest and use to hotel services so were sceptical about spending my time in a riad. Riad Iklil was a lovely surprise. The riad host Moshen went above and beyond his duties and on call 24/7. I made use of all their facilities on offer. The lovely staff made my stay so comfortable from my spa treatments to the absolutely delicious meals which also included breakfast but I loved the tagines at dinner too. Thank you Moshen on your team including Gadija and the rest of the staff. I felt like a long lost friend returning to a home. I will definitely be returning.
