I could not recommend an establishment more. Atmosphere was amazing. Rooms so clean. Lahcen's service was impeccable. He went out of his way in every way to make us comfortable, welcomed & cared for. Perfect tranquil base to explore Marrakech from

The Riad is a beautiful tranquil setting just minutes away from the heart of the Souks and everything you'd likely want to explore as a visitor to Marrakech. Lachen and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the Leale room and the private (and cool) terrace and fountain were bliss when relaxing back at the Riad as was the plunge pool in the main courtyard.

Beautiful Riad with incredible service!

Just had a 4 nights stay at Riad Jaaneman. We stayed in the Nefelibata and Partenope rooms, both on the first floor up a set of stairs. The Partenope is more private as the sleeping area overlooks a private courtyard, whereas the Nefelibata overlooks the main courtyard. The rooms are very clean, the Riad is nicely decorated with artwork throughout. We also tried the dinner at the Riad, the best meal we had in Marrakech!
The Riad is very well positioned to see all the sights. It’s also a very short walk from the road where cars do pickups and drop offs. It’s very easy to get taxi back to the Riad, because you ask for “Dar El Bacha” a popular spot that all drivers know that’s right near the Riad.
I cannot speak more highly of the service at the Riad. We had Lahcem & Omer on duty during our whole stay. They were extremely attentive and helpful, and so friendly. They are the reception, serves breakfast and dinner, pick up and drop off for car transfer, they do everything… always with a smile!

Amazing stay at Riad Jaaneman

Despite all the misunderstandings we had at the beginning of our stay, in the end we really enjoyed everything. We were able to reach a consensus and find a good solution together with the riad team.
They offered us a beautiful room with a garden, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the service — the entire staff was very friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any questions.
A special mention for the delicious breakfasts and the lovely atmosphere.
If you want to stay in the very heart of Marrakech and experience the authentic atmosphere of the medina, you should definitely choose Riad Jaaneman. The location is also excellent.
