Perfect Marrakech riad
A wonderful riad, right in the heart of the old town. Beautiful rooms and many places to sit and relax throughout the building, from the garden courtyard to the small pool area and the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was exceptional, with many tasty titbits laid out for us. What makes this riad really special is the staff, they are so polite and attentive, we were very touched with the Happy Birthday song and cake on my wife's birthday, unexpected and such a nice little touch. We would definitely recommend this riad for your stay in Marrakech. A wonderful quiet haven in the midst of the historic old town.

Nice place - located well and helpful staff
Nice place Cosy and quiet and good location. Friendly staff who were ready to help with reservations at the restaurant, excursions etc.

Peaceful escape from the chaos
From the minute we arrived in Marrakesh we felt very well looked after by our Riad. They met us from the airport, no hassle. We paid a little extra for the meet and greet but I highly recommend this. Took us and our luggage directly to it through the busy streets. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, anything we needed they made sure we were accommodated. 2 females travelling alone we felt very safe here, we had a very early morning trip group to do hot air balloons and the night porter (not sure his name) very kindly escorted us through the medina to our transport as it was dark. The location and atmosphere is perfect and a very short walk to the main square and soaks but feels very peaceful inside. It was very quiet and not in the main medina/souk area but within very short walking distance. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean with good facilities. Plenty of places to sit in the sun and we really enjoyed the pet tortoise! Unfortunately we did not eat at the Riad so can only comment on breakfast which was very fresh and good. Overall our trip was made very seamless and the Riad played a huge part in that so we’d like to thank all the lovely staff here, we felt it was a very good price/value and we will be back when we come to Marrakesh.

Beautiful riad with amazing staff
Really beautiful Road. The courtyard is so beautiful and relaxing and a lovely break from the busy streets outside. Everyone was so kind to us and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We felt that we were treated like family.

Riad Kaiss is the most stunning Riad in a perfect location. The staff are truly wonderful - they welcomed us as if we were family. Every member of staff went above and beyond for us. I am dairy and gluten intolerant and they catered for me so well. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous … it’s a hidden gem. I loved sitting in the peaceful courtyard listening to the sound of the water fountain and birds. They even gave us a pack lunch for our return journey! Such kind and thoughtful staff! Incredible service! A huge thank you Riad Kaiss! We would love to return one day!
