Honestly great, nothing to complain about.
The decor is magnificent, a great blend of traditional and modern, and the pool in the patio is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.
The room was spotless, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. But the real highlight is the staff. Everyone is absolutely kind, very welcoming, and always available to provide a good tip without overdoing it. The breakfast on the terrace is great, and we also tried the restaurant one evening: it was amazing.
In short, a fantastic place in Marrakech, you can go there with peace of mind. A big thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome.

There are better riads. Only book if nothing available
It was our second time in Marrakech and hotel was a letdown. We booked 2 rooms (junior suite and double room) for 5 nights.
Outside area is quite nice but that's common in most riads. rooms are outdated but most frustrating aspect was smell of drain. I complained everyday but there was no resolution, eventually I gave up. Last two days I smelled drain smell in common area as well.
Junior suite is not suitable for young family - steep stairs, ground floor bathroom has no facility. Thankfully main bathroom is om 1st floor. In reviews I saw bathroom on 3rd floor for other junior suite.
Breakfast is average. Marrakech riads are generally known for their breakfast.

We apologize for the sewer odor incident, which was due to temporary work on the main sewer lines in the neighborhood.
The problem has now been resolved.
We do not have a bathroom on the ground floor in the junior suites, but rather a toilet with a sink on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor, accessible from the bedroom.
