Located in Medina, a neighborhood in Marrakech, Riad Tawargit is near the airport and near a boardwalk/promenade. Highly recommended gem in the medina

Just wow! From start to finish, our stay at Riad Tawargit was incredible. We were met at our transfer just a few minutes from the Riad- the lanes to the Riad itself were too small for vehicles so this was a lovely added touch, no trying to navigate ourselves on arrival, or having to take our luggage unescorted down new streets.
We were greeted, welcomed and escorted to the Riad before being treated to a delightful Moroccan mint tea. The Riad itself was second to none. The decor was stunning, beautifully traditional with touches of modern, colourful, stand out artwork, perfectly placed plants, books and board games. With a hammam within the Riad, jacuzzi on the ground floor and roof terrace complete with loungers, seating, towels and sunhats, a breakfast room and lounge area, this Riad really had it all. Our rooms were individually designed, but equally stunning. The facilities were great, fantastic AC, powerful showers, water replenished in the room daily, toiletries and safes. We used the hammam on morning- a wonderful experience in house. The breakfast filled us up every day, and there is an option to dine in the property as well.
It's position was fab, far enough away from the really bustling streets, but 10 mins walk to Jemaa el F'naa square, less than to the first souks and cafes, and 2 mins to a small square with a corner shop for topping up drinks, snacks and necessities, and for transfer meeting points.
The service at the Riad was perfect, warm and welcoming from every single member of staff. It was particularly reassuring to have Ali, the night manager, there all hours, to welcome us home at night and ensure that we had everything that we needed.
The rooms were cleaned daily, the Riad itself was spotless at all times, and food was fresh.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better trip, we will be recommending highly yo anyone who hopes to visit Marrakech and will happily return. 10/10. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

An absolute jewel in the medina – perfect for families!

We spent two wonderful nights as a family at Riad Tawargit and are absolutely thrilled. The rooms are beautiful, stylishly furnished, and sparkling clean. After an exciting day in the hustle and bustle of the city, the courtyard is a true oasis – the atmosphere there is wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We would especially like to highlight the staff: Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. You feel welcome immediately. Breakfast is freshly prepared every morning and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, the location is simply perfect for discovering the Medina of Marrakesh on foot. An all-around successful stay. We would love to come back and can recommend this Riad with all our hearts!

Great breakfast, close to the Medina, and the staff working there is excellent.

An excellent place to stay. The staff is excellent. They helped us with any problems we had. The breakfasts are fantastic. I recommend it without a doubt. It is very close to the Medina and everything is very clean.

One more reason to return to Marrakesh

An oasis of peace within the Medina.
They welcomed us with professionalism and kindness.
Good food with typical Moroccan cuisine.
Clean and very beautiful rooms.
In short, a highly recommended place in Marrakech… we will definitely return.
