Very good experience value for money and service.

Very good hotel. We had a very cozy stay, fantastic staff. The room very spacious and city views, we were in the 503. Everything very clean and the breakfasts abundant and top quality.

DO NOT BOOK HERE

Booked for 2 nights, on arrival we first waited another half hour because they did not find our booking again. Then we got the wrong room. In the end the “right one” but it did not match the photos (judge for yourself) there was a bad smell, the TV did not work, there was mold present in the shower and for a suite this was far from a suite. After 1 night we booked another hotel and left the next morning. We explained everything to the reception and they promised a refund. We have not received a refund and they continue to ignore all communication.

It all went well
I wanted extra time for checkout, which was given as there was no booking for that room on the day.
However, when I first requested, I was told I would have to pay 150MAD, but at checkout, I was charged 250MAD.
I didn't want to argue as we were leaving, but found this quite upsetting. It's not about money, but principles.

It was great and relaxing. The staff was very courteous, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. It was very clean, from the bathroom, the kitchenette, the pillows, the sheets, and everything else. It was a great location a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. Also, it was easy to find parking, even though it was the weekend. The only thing is that we had to live both bedrooms open, because the AC was in the kitchenette only. But after a few hours the bedrooms were cool too. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience.
