Things to know before booking this riad

Before the stay, I especially want to warn families with young children. The main problem is parking: the free parking is constantly full and the secure parking is 1.5 km away, which is very inconvenient with luggage and children. The riad is also difficult to find, without any signage.
The welcome was cold and disorganized. The family room lacked cleanliness (torn sheet, chewing gum, dust, spider webs) and the shared bathrooms were inadequate, with a shower door that did not close, with no solution offered despite our reporting it. The ongoing construction work degraded the comfort even further. The tourist tax (43 DH per person per night) also seemed very high to us given the services.
Finally, despite several follow-ups, I never received the invoice for the taxes and fees paid, which I find unprofessional.
I would like to clarify that the broken window on my vehicle during the night is not the responsibility of the riad. I am simply sharing my experience so that future travelers, especially families, can book with full knowledge of the facts.

Friendly staff, good location great breakfast would visit again but get an upgraded room next time.

Was a great place and friendly, good breakfast, but shower toilet facilities bit smelly. Convenient location not too hard to find .

Not recommended

Bad service. Difficult to contact, do not respond, the hotel has no quality. Not recommend at all, there are better alternatives in the same area.

For young people

The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina, in one of the narrow streets of the old town. If I didn't have Google Map I would have had a hard time finding the place, but it was an opportunity to admire the souks.
Let's start from the fact that if you are looking for a room with a private bathroom, this structure is NOT for you: They tell you that there is one, but it is placed outside the room, as if it were shared. If you like adventure, the toilet is in the same cabin-space as the shower, not to mention the sink in the hallway.
The guy who runs the Riad has always made himself available to us even with our requests on where to go to eat local without spending so much.
As for cleaning, well, certainly not spotless since we found plastic bottles and dust accumulations under our beds.
Despite everything it was not a bad experience, but I recommend this stay to those who are not looking for “certain” comforts.
