Perfection!

After an incredibly awful experience down the road, Victor and team at Tri M saved us! He immediately took us in, offered us the one room he had open due to cancellation (New Years Eve!), and ensured we were safe and comfortable. Our room was great, comfy clean and full of all necessities. Tri M us connected to The Melting Pot and has a great poolside area to lounge. Secure parking was free and the community gates were secure and had a guard overnight. We could walk to the beach and the town... to everything we needed!

Unhygienic Room

The room was very unclean. The pillows lacked reusable covers, meaning each guest used the same pillow. The room also did not have a mosquito net. Despite the air conditioning being on, I still experienced itching, possibly due to mosquitoes or other bugs.The bed had small rugs, the size of hand towels, on each side that did not stay in place, making them prone to slipping.The shower head in the bathroom was rusty and dispensed brown water because of the rust.Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the restaurant. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Price and Location

We stayed in Tri M this weekend it was a very good experience, nice place, staff very helpful , the restaurante has very good food and very good prices. It's near the center of Ponta without the noise of the center. Is walking distance from the beach and center, and if you don't want to cook or use the self-catering facilities, just use the melting pot the restaurant very good.
And we were very happy as they allow our small dog to be in the premisses.

Great

Moved here mid trip after being let down by a previous place. Great location owner cant remember his name was great allowing us to walk through prior staff also very accommodating. Adjoining restaurant melting pot is worth eating at. Will stay again

Super emplacement

Accueilli chaleureusement par la maîtresse des lieux « Canisa », nous tombons sous le charme de cette résidence très fleuris, au couleur vive en plein milieu de la zone d’habitation de Ponta Do Ouro. Les chambres, confortables et spacieuses nous ont permis de nous ressourcer suite aux longues heures de route pour arriver.
Juste à côté, nous découvrons le bar branché (un peu comme « the place to be ») où nous avons dégusté une bonne assiette de denrées locales cuisinés avec goût.
A proximité, Canisa nous conseille une pizzeria et effectivement, nous nous y sommes régalés et elle n’est qu’à 2 minutes à pied de la résidence.
Carton plein pour ce logement.
