Nice Stay with Reasonable Price and great servcie

Very attentive service and very well maintained facility. Rooms are well furnished and all necessary amenities are provided. Though not on the main street or downtown, the location is easy to access to airport, bus terminal and to the city center. Not for luxury but strongly recommended for business travelers and for those looking for short stay in Yangon, (or for transit). Breakfast is not very outstanding but it is quite good. Restaurant open for 24 hrs, and mostly limited choices for Asian Fusion. The lake and the small park for morning exercise or evening stroll is the plus.

Brand new hotel near airport. Requested a hotel pick up from the airport. US $5. Hotel is by the lake so go for morning jogging. A drive to downtown cost US $3 but traffic is quite bad. Breakfast is very basic so do not expect too much. The services are amazing as the hotel is fully staff. Will go back again.

There is not one thing to complain about with this hotel. It has been our go-to hotel when we’ve needed a hotel in the northeast part of Yangon. It’s perfectly modern, plus near a lake with a nice walking park. It’s off the main road far enough that you don’t hear the traffic noises. The only thing I would mention is that the smoking area is in the hallway near the elevators. So if you get a room near the elevators it can be quite smoky. We always ask for a room at the end of the hall as far away from the elevators as possible.

It's near the airport.It takes twelve three minutes by taxi from the hotel to the airport. Room was clean.
