For a short stay, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Don't miss the morning buffet. The fish noodles and coffee? Addicting!

Nice and quiet environment

The hotel is in a nice location, offering a quiet environment.However, there is no public transportation nearby, so taking a taxi is necessary if you don't have your own transport.My room was on the 7th floor and the view was great. Unfortunately, the room had a moldy smell coming from the air conditioner.Additionally, the shower curtain inside the bathtub needs to be replaced. The bed sheets and blanket cover have also turned yellow from their original white and should be change new one.

Disappointing

Booked this hotel because we missed our bus and had to stay another night. Saw its good rating and reviews on booking.com and decided to book it. Called to confirm that they accept Visa cards. They asked us not to book on booking.com because they would have to pay a commission. I was going to book a double room and told them about it. I arrive and get a twin beds put together. All they could say is that they had 0 double rooms and only the family rooms had double beds. OK!
Next, the breakfast was poor and as a sign of recognition for not booking the room on booking.com, they sell me an Alpine water bottle for 1600 kyats which is simply amazing!! It costs 300-400 kyats and most of the hotels sell it for 500. The minibar prices were clear and it was 1000 kyats. I suppose the 1600 kyats was a special price for us foreigners, milk cows. They seem to ignore the fact that we live here and pay taxes just like everybody else.
Disappointing, really...
