"RiverView Guesthouse-affordable luxury "

Overlooking the majestic Kavango river RiverView Guesthouse offers stunning views over the river and Angolan valleys. One can have breakfast in the open air coffee and dining room whilst enjoying the beautiful sun dawn and sun set. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious coupled with excellent service from the staff members. The place is secured and crime free and a great place for intimate events and business meetings. It also offers pick up from the airport and boat rides on the river. Excellent.

Lovely Place, Friendly Owners and a Wonderful View.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this place, after an internet search to find somewhere affordable in Rundu while applying for my Angolan visa. I turned up unannounced and there was no-one there to let me in. A call to the phone number on the sign outside set that right. From there on, it got better and better! The view over the Okavango river and floodplain is fantastic. The guesthouse dining area looks right across the floodplain to Angola. The room price seems negotiable, and I got a great rate for single occupancy of a big double room. Very, very clean and with tea and coffee making facilities, hot shower, TV, reasonable wi-fi and the use of a guests' kitchen. Rachel and Rachida, the owners, are really friendly and chatty with good advice about Rundu. I'd stay there again, if I ever pass through Rundu again.

À notre arrivé, la responsable ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Auncune climatisation dans les chambres visitées malgré 38C. Nous avons fuit ce Guest house. De plus odeur nauséabonde dans les chambres
