Poon Hill trekking, 4 days 3 nights

We booked our guide at Hotel Dashain. Our guide Krishna is gorgeous. This is our first trek in Nepal, and he made our trek a wonderful experience. He arranged everything neatly for us: booking the hotels, planning the path, and calling the taxi. Not only a responsible and experienced guide,he is friendly and humorous, making the trekking process especially enjoyable. If there’s six star, I would definitely give him six.

Overall, a value for money stay with a very good experience.

A value for money experience. Staffs were super friendly and nice. Food is good. Breakfast, was included in the package, which was not lavish, but, delicious.

Lovely place to stay

This hotel is a small family managed therefore with a good service. The location is central, with less noise level. The atmosphere is welcoming. The rooms are big, well-lit and with all the basic amenities. The hotel is clean and the food in nice. The breakfast was good and the food at the restaurant was tasty. The swimming pool is a nice addition with a coffee / bar nearby. Although it's not among the fanciest hotels in Pokhara, it offers a good value for money and a lovely environment with polite staff and owners.

Great stay, great

With the wide selection of hotels in Pokhara, we really found a lucky match. Hotel Dashain deserves the stars! We were looked after warmly and helpfully by the operators and staff with a respectful distance. During our trek we were able to store the remaining luggage safely at their premises. Since the beautiful yoga room was worth gold for our sore muscles after the trek, we extended our time here by a few days! Breakfast and cuisine are excellent. Sustainability is also a priority here, which we greatly appreciate.

Dashain all the way

What an incredible stay at Hotel Dashain! From the ambience to the VIEWS, to the excellent hotel staff, this hotel was a top-notch pick. There are many other hotels lining the street, but I am confident this was the perfect one. The 5th floor has the most incredible views and the 6th floor has roof access. You can see the lake and over the city. The beds are comfortable , the rooms chic and classy and everything is clean. The staff is all attentive and professional
