Comfy and clean

The hostel is very nice in general, close to tram stations and relatively nearby to the Central. My room has an AC and en-suite bathroom which is very nice especially during the summer. Just please be mindful the hostel does not have a communal kitchen and they have a bar instead. Please arrange your dinner accordingly

Great value with some caveats

Very loud doors which some people even smashed close, some sinks had no cold water, I could hear other persons talking and snoring, especially other peoples phone vibration alarms were super loud in the pod and the mattress was very thin so I could feel the ground. I had better experiences in other capsule hotels. Besides that the location and the value are very good compared to other places, but better bring some earplugs.

Awful Experience

Truly an awful experience. I arrived and my assigned bed was taken, staff refused to help me, and no one was in the room to discuss which of the other 3 beds I should take. Then they rented me a bike with a damaged chain. They refused to refund me or give me a new bike saying "it apperas to be fine". The staff will always smile while never actually being helpful. They just push you towards the option that makes them more money. Not guest friendly unless you want to be upcharged every second.

Traumatized

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had
I have never felt so unsafe and disregarded during a hotel stay.
While I was sleeping in a shared dormitory, my Battle Vest was taken directly from my bed. I know with certainty that it was there when I fell asleep. This was not an insignificant piece of clothing — it was an expensive item and a very meaningful gift from my mother.
I immediately reported it to reception. Instead of feeling supported, I was told that things like this “happen all the time” in shared rooms. When I asked to see the CCTV footage, I was told that only the police could access it. I asked for the incident to be properly investigated and for any relevant footage to be preserved.
The way this was handled made an already frightening situation considerably worse.
There were also serious problems with the shared dorm. Guests returned in the middle of the night, turned on the lights, talked loudly and used the shower and bathroom, waking me from sleep. On another occasion, I accidentally fell from a very high bunk bed in the dark and was left in pain. Instead of simply checking whether I was okay, security was brought in because other guests claimed they were frightened by me.
I then asked to speak directly with a manager before leaving. I was not even given that opportunity.
I had to leave the hotel feeling that my concerns had not been properly heard or addressed.
I contacted Trip.com, and they confirmed that a case had been opened regarding the theft and subsequently escalated to their higher department and managers. They told me they were repeatedly trying to contact the property, but at the time I left, I still had no satisfactory resolution.
The most disturbing part was not simply losing my Battle Vest. It was losing my sense of safety while staying somewhere that should have provided exactly that.
A hotel cannot control every incident that happens on its premises. What it can control is how it responds when a guest reports something serious. In my experience, the response was nowhere near what I expected.
I am leaving this review so that future guests, especially anyone considering a shared dorm, know exactly what my experience was like.
I came here expecting a basic, safe place to sleep. I left exhausted, distressed and feeling completely unheard. I would not stay here again.
