Bad bits.. very small room, cracked toilet seat, noisy steep stairs and no lifts.
Good bits.. the room is warn, clean sheets, fresh towels daily and lots of hot water. Location is very good.
Overall very satisfied.

Worst trip ever. Staying at this hotel ruined our stay.
Required a deposit when this site says not required. There is now only one communal shower for sharing rooms over there entire building which was terrible condition and needed to climb over the toilet to access.
We were woken up each morning at 8 and then at 9 with construction directly out side our room! The whole hotel was looked one of the days a d couldnt get in.
I’ve been here 4 times before never ever had any issues like this. Hotel didn’t care.
Plenty of better hotels I’m afraid.
Very disappointed.

They cancelled me and haven’t refunded

Do not stay here.
I had a booking that was cancelled on the day of arrival, due to ‘renovations’.
They said I had to request a refund, despite them cancelling, via the company you booked it.
I booked directly with them, no cancellation option on the website. Called them, guy on the phone said he wasn’t management and couldn’t help. Sent numerous emails, no replies.
Ended up going to the hotel while I was in Amsterdam, half the hotel was closed due to Asbestos! Explained situation to a really nice guy at the front desk, and it took me nearly an hour just to them to send an email saying they would refund me.
Refund hasn’t been actioned and still waiting for over €700 to come back to me.
Cowboys the lot of them. We stayed at St Christopher’s Inn instead and it was great

Couldn’t access my room properly as works were blocking off the bottom of the stairs so had to climb up, narrow space for toilet was made even smaller by putting toilet roll holder on the wall so you have to sit at an angle, location is great but the rest…

There was construction work going on with asbestos removal where there shouldnt be people staying
There was no hot water to take shower and no heating in there
It was like an empty storage in there.
Im not willing to pay for this dtay!!!
