Room was in ok condition, not shining clean but clean. The stuff at reception are really nice and helpful

Trapped in the shower for nearly an hour!

the lock on the shower was completely rusted & i got stuck in the shower for 40+ minutes until the concierge (who was very polite) finally managed to free me. myself and the concierge were just about to call the fire brigade to get me out!
this is seemingly a common issue as the bathrooms on the other floors have visible marks from being pried open with a crowbar and all the external screws to unlock the doors have visible tearout from being opened so much.
the room itself has a number of broken light fixtured & the ceiling fan was non-operational. the window did not open fully to allow the upper floor room to get any cooler. i lost my screaming for help.
also! my towel had blood stains on it.
will be demanding a refund & i strongly advise against staying here.

Unresolved €100 Deposit Issue After My Stay

Stayed at Quentin Arrive Hotel in April 2025.
The room was very small and uncomfortable for the price, but the main issue was the €100 deposit taken on top of the €170 room cost.
The hotel claims the deposit was released, but the funds never returned to my account, and my bank confirmed that no release ever reached them.
Despite providing all documents and following up for almost a year, the hotel continues redirecting me back to the bank, leaving the situation unresolved.
Sharing this so future guests are aware of how deposit issues are handled here.
