Nice location in the museum district. Fairly quiet - residential area. Very walkable to Riksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, and Vondelpark. Lots of restaurants close by.
I didn't see a fitness center at this hotel.
The elevator was slow.
The floor in our room wasn't very clean, but the rest of the room was well cleaned every day.

George was great! He helped us out by getting our 4 rooms close to each other, helped us get to the places we wanted to do, and how to use the train pass. Thank you so much George.

We had a really good stay at XO Hotels Inner Amsterdam. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the tram stop, with plenty of local shops nearby, and the museums and Vondelpark are all within easy walking distance. There were also vending machines in the hotel, which were handy for drinks and snacks.
The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a little dust in a few places, but nothing that affected our stay or was worth complaining about. Breakfast was available, although we didn’t use it, so we can’t comment on the food.
The only real downside was the noise from the corridor. Our room was next to the staff exit used by the cleaners, so it could be a bit noisy at times. Other than that, we really couldn’t fault the hotel and would happily stay here again.

It would have helped if we had a couple of drawers in addition to the small closet. The staff was exceedingly helpful.

Quadruple room on the 5th floor is good option for families as long as you don't have very large suitcases. A/C with individual control, compared to other rooms where you are either freezing or too hot is worth climbing 14 steps of 3” depth from 4th floor (no elevator past 4th floor). Breakfast was of average quality, especially watery eggs every day, or over boiled eggs. but everything else in the buffet works ok for a quick bite before heading out.
