Top location

It's worth repeating!!!
Lovely modern and clean apartment, good coffee and nice shower gel.
Spacious and clean,
Just do it!
Close to all restaurants in the eye
And the corner bakery what more could you want.
We found it very quiet there, no disturbance had.

Please note rate for 1 person too high

For a suite they charge a price per suite. However, if you are alone in a suite, you pay more than you are sitting there with two???? When asked why that is, they answered, because we have to change the whole bed. Yes, and with 2 people, do you not change the entire bed???? I think it's a devious way to get the missed tourist tax, scam.

Beste Ninjaesther, fijn dat u er was. De prijs voor 1 persoon is hetzelfde als de prijs voor 2 personen. U betaalt alleen maar voor 1 persoon de toeristenbelasting. En uiteraard maar voor 1 persoon ontbijt als u dat erbij boekt.
Uw opmerking mbt de scam vind ik een beetje vreemd en ongepast. Met vriendelijke groet, Ilona

Perfect location

Clean and spacious room (2) in north Hampton.
Small terrace with nice set to sit.
Nice bed and clean bathroom.
TV sitting in front of the seat can not really be watched from bed so against the wall of the bathroom would have been better.
Chosen without breakfast because this was 80 euros for 2 nights while you sit around the corner from the village and can have breakfast at bakery timmer.
It is very noisy the permanent residents who live there play the music reasonably loud in the evening.
The location is great is around the corner from the village and you walk within 10 minutes on the beach.

Beautiful B&B with a delicious breakfast

Great location to relax for a while. The B&B is located near the beach and within a 5-minute walk you are in the center of De Koog. It is a new B&B where you immediately get into the beach atmosphere when you stand in front of the B&B. Everything is neat and clean upon arrival. We also liked the towels and the tasty Texel toiletries. In the evening it is very quiet and it is wonderful to sleep. Breakfast is absolutely perfect with a beautiful breakfast basket at the door.
Keep it up and we will definitely be back next year.

Alles was heel netjes en schoon. Ruime kamer en handige communicatie via app.
