Great hotel
Lovely breakfast - just a minus for the juice that was diluted with ice bits.
Parked on the street parking just outside.

Very poor service
There was no hair dryer in the room. I reported the issue four separate times during my stay, but despite repeated promises, the hotel never provided one or resolved the problem.
A missing basic amenity can happen, but ignoring four requests is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I was very disappointed with the customer service.
