Extra charges and poor customer service afterwards
Prices are pretty cheap. No staff available. Cleaner seems to be present almost every day except weekends. In bad mood though when se was present.
The biggest problems is that the place tries to charge extra if somehow possible. They are used electronic locks with extremely light keys, which are actually meant for emergency openings, not for permanent use. One person from our group somehow got the key twisted. Now they are charging over 350 EURs for broken key. This is outrageous.
So, if you want to have a pretty cheap sleep close to Holmenkollen without luxury and served breakfast, the place is good for that purpose, but beware of extra charging.

You are very welcome to send us all your feedbacks and inputs, we run our business for 2 years and we are very good rated on the other platforms. We have absolutely no problem to deal with our guests particularities.
As we know, Simo, you got angry because we charged you the electronic locker that your friend broke during your stay. And this is a professional aproach in this business, ss we discribe in our welcome letter to our guests.
We assume we will host people with good sence of responsibility, and that was not the case with you. Not even when you refused to pay for the item you broke we have sent you a rude answer, so I really hope you find peace in your mind.
