Follow the rules and read all the instructions

The lady who runs the place seemed a bit overwhelmed. There are quite a lot of rules, but if you just follow them, your stay should be fine. The attitude and communication could definitely be better. Maybe she hasn’t had the chance to experience good hospitality from around the world yet, so she might not know the best way to serve or speak with guests or maybe that’s just her personality.
The location is good. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center and the tour meeting points, and around a 10-minute walk to a supermarket where you can buy groceries.
The accommodation offers private rooms with shared bathrooms. There are also common areas like a living room and kitchens, so you can cook your own food. Once again just follow the rules and read all the instructions before doing anything in this place.

Unforgettable experience 10/10

Alba is an exceptional guide. He is a friendly and close person. Take into account every detail to have an unforgettable experience. It took us to a magical place where we saw a spectacular Northern Lights for about 1h with views towards the beach and mountain. All this even though the weather was against us and it was unpredictable. He set up a real campfire and offered us sausages to cook on fire. He also offered us hot drinks and cookies. It has available thermal suits and warms hands and warms feet. It explains how to capture the auroras with your camera or mobile. It also makes you a free photo per person with its professional camera.
In short, a 10/10 experience. Much better than with large companies that take us to many tourists and can not offer you that closeness that Alba had.

Perfect Summer Fjord Tour

I didn't stay in the accommodation but I did a tour with them. Original I booked the Midnight Sun Tour but that was cancelled so I got offered the morning tour next day and it was very nice. Beautiful scenery, good explanation from Alba our Guide, safe driving from Martin and perfect Foto stops. Even the reindeer sausages which we grilled on the beach was very tasty. I can highly recommend them and hope they can offer more tours.

Tolle Fjord Tour

I took part in the tour to Sommarøy and we were also on the Ersfjord and it was just great! I came with the Aida. The pickup went flawlessly and worked great. The beauty of the island is truly awesome, with breathtaking views of the coast and super clear water. Our guide Julian was very sympathetic and told many interesting things about the history and culture.
The tour was well organized, and we had enough time to explore the area and just chill out. Whether you want to relax on the beach or take pictures of the great landscapes, Sommarøy is the perfect place for it - but still a bit cold in March. I can recommend the tour to anyone who is in Tromso!

A good guest house

Good bed and breakfast, there is everything you need, it is clean, it is quiet, you will feel at home, very welcome and friendly host, convenience not far (kiwi), and a beautiful view.
