Simple, affordable with good breakfast

We stayed there on our way home. The hotel is a large white villa where the hotel name is not on the outside. It is just behind Trysil hotel. We stayed in an attic room that was very warm due to high temperatures outdoors. Comfortable beds, simply furnished, openable window, two desks. The bathroom was newly renovated. Missed shampoo and soap in the shower but there was soap on the sink outside. Large living areas with sofas and TV on each floor and the largest on floor 1 where also a large kitchen was available. The kitchen is newly renovated and there is most to prepare food. Quiet and quiet in the room and you don't hear any traffic. No reception and no "personal contact". You get information via SMS and there is the code to enter the house and rooms and use wifi. Worked like clockwork. It was about 2 minutes to walk down to the river where you can swim or walk along the river's edge. Several supermarkets within walking distance. Gas station (Circle K) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are also some restaurants in the village. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get by car up to the first part of Trysilfjället. Breakfast was served at Trysil hotel located right next door. The breakfast was no extravagance but good and quite sufficient to meet our needs; bread, coffee/tea, juice, some toppings, scrambled eggs/eggs, filet, granola etc. Free parking at the house. If we return to Trysil, we will gladly stay here again.

A hostel hotel in the centre of Trysil

A hostel hotel in central Trysil.
Hard to find because the hotel name was missing on the building.
The hotel is unstaffed.
The room was quite okay as well as the bathroom.
Nice common areas and a fully equipped kitchen.
The breakfast, which is taken in Hotel Trysil, was very good.
Free parking outside the hotel.

Mycket fint boende

Ett boende som överträffade våra förväntningar! Jättefint Bed & Breakfast. väldigt rent och fräscht. Ett stort kök med all tänkbar utrustning fans att tillgå. Stora utrymmen att umgås på finns att tillgå. En god hotellfrukost ingick i priset och serverades på grannhotellet.

Fantastisk atmosfære for hyggelige lag.

Var der i ett 60 års lag, og rammene var perfekte til dette. Svært hyggelig sted og svært hyggelig vertskap. Rommet jeg hadde var lyst og trivelig. Frokosten var upåklagelig fin og perfekt lagt opp. Tilgjengeligheten for alt vi trengte var fantastisk enkelt lagt opp. Anbefales på det varmeste

Flott sted.

Flott sted. Lite rom, men velstelt og rent. Eget bad, av god størrelse. God seng. Har parkering, men kan kanskje bli trangt - i høysesongen?? Fine fellesarealer. Trivelig spisesal, individuelt servert frokost - denne smakte godt, og så pen og delikat ut. Stort pluss! Trivelig vertskap. Anbefales.
